<h1>¿Que es el escultismo tradicionalista?</h1>

Hola hermanos escultistas, pues en esta ocasión aun que ya había hablado acerca de este tema en otra publicaciones pero la verdad se me hizo de gran importancia publicarlo lo encontré en un facebook no voy a relevar exactamente de donde lo saque ya que puede sonar un poco ofensivo para ciertas personas a si que les digo que no lo tomen a mal es solo una opinión y que vale respetarla yo agregue algunas partes y acomode bien la informaciones ok espero que hagan un poco de conciencia no mas eso no me tengo nada contra nadie ya que recordemos el valor de la tolerancia y un scout es amigo y hermano de todo scout saludos.

Esta es una pregunta muy interesante, ya que muy pocas personas en el medio podrían dar una respuesta adecuada, ya que este tipo de escultismo es practicada por un numero limitado de grupos y agrupaciones, mas si embargo resulta de gran importancia comprender acerca del tema.

Según nos dice el comisionado para la Columbia Británica (Canada) de la asociación de Scouts Baden Powell, que este concepto es muy amplio ya que algunos consideraban al escultismo de tipo tradicional como el que invento Baden Powell y para otros era el practicado durante los primeros sesenta años de su creación, es decir con las variaciones poco substanciales presentadas en dicho periodo; nos dice el referido comisionado que el se encontraba a favor de este ultimo concepto, sin embargo, este concepto en México aplicaría de otra manera, el escultismo tradicional es el que se venia practicando aproximadamente desde 1909, año que se fundaron los primeros grupos scouts de nuestro país tomando como modelo el sistema de Baden Powell y el Norteamericano ( que a su vez es una derivación del primero) hasta el practicado hasta antes del cisma (de la ASMAC) de 1980, en que el entonces movimiento hegemónico scout decido cambiar de planes de adelanto y sistemas de operación por otros menos comprometidos con el verdadero escultismo.


En este orden de ideas, tenemos que el escultismo tradicional se puede identificar las siguientes características.

• El plan de Adelanto tomado del Sistema Original de B-P, en las tropas las clases Scouts, en la manada las estrellas de adelanto, en el clan las especialidades o en su defecto el uso de charreteras de diversos colores ( que indican el nivel de Rover), esto es en las ramas varoniles y en las femeniles sus respectivas equivalencias,.

• Los grupos y asociaciones que lo practican tienen una dirigencia voluntaria , es decir sus Scouters y dirigentes , no cobran ni un solo centavo por su tiempo y esfuerzo., es decir se prohíben categóricamente lo cargos de paga o ejecutivos.

• El cobro a sus miembros de cuotas muy reducidas, mismas que solo sirven para cubrir los gastos mínimos, ya que no se busca el lucro con el escultismo, y por lo tanto estos grupos no prohíben la compra de uniformes en lugares distintos sus tiendas en el caso de que las tengan.

• Dichas organizaciones, se dividen seis ramas o secciones , tres varoniles y tres femeniles y se dividen en :

Ramas Menores:
Lobatos
Haditas, Lahinis, Lobitas

Ramas Intermedias
Scouts
Guías, Guías Scouts

Ramas Mayores
Rovers
Guías Mayores, Coordinaras

• para reconocer un grupo scout tradicional, toda vez que, en la mayoría de los casos estos grupos desdeñan de una manera acertada, a las secciones mixtas, y ramas o secciones ubicadas entre las intermedias y las mayores, creación de scouts reformistas.
• La utilización del sistema de patrullas con su debidas adecuaciones para ramas menores e mayores, todo sistema de organización ajeno al mismo es rechazado.

• La practica de los verdaderos valores scout como lo son la promesa, la ley scout (con todos sus artículos y sin cambiarle el sentido a los mismos) los principios y virtudes.

Adicionalmente, me permito hacer notar una característica mas, aunque no es determinante para que un grupo sea considerado como tradicional si lo distingue: El uso de uniformes de colores sobrios , que entre otras combinaciones están el azul con gris, Azul con caqui y solamente caqui o azul, esto lo manifiesto fines didácticos , lo cual quiere decir que existen grupos ajenos a este tipo de uniforme que practican el escultismo tradicional


Es una pena que a nuestros días diversas organizaciones están dando la espalda a los principios de B-P y los principales ideólogos del escultismo, y estén promoviendo el ya conocido escultismo reformista mas Light que a la fecha conocemos, promoviendo el abandono del sistema de patrullas cambiándolo por una democracia sin sentido en la que todos lo elementos tiene el mismo peso en las decisiones de las secciones, esto al mismo tiempo desecha los consejos de sección donde unos pocos de una manera verdaderamente democrática toman decisiones que afectarían al resto del colectivo, asumir dicha doctrina ajena al escultismo seria el equivalente de que a todos los habitantes de un país se les tuviera que pedir su opinión lo cual verdaderamente ocasionaría un caos,
Asimismo, la corriente ultra reformista abandona uno de los pilares del método scout que es el aprender haciendo por medio de la obtención adelantos los cuales son substituidos por insignias que son entregadas sin pasar reto alguno, con la única justificación que el muchacho ha pasado a otra etapa de su vida.
Por todo lo anterior, es evidente que en muchas agrupaciones el escultismo se ha ido degenerando, justificándose en que los valores originales ya no son vigentes, luego entonces aplicando esta premisa, la amistad, la cortesía, la caballerosidad, la sana competencia, el reto, el servicio son valores del pasado que serán sustituidos por el mercantilismo, la soberbia etc. que caracteriza a muchas organizaciones de escultismo reformista

En esta tesitura, bien viene al caso citar a Mario Palta, miembro de la Agrupación Nacional de Boys-Scouts de Chile que muy acretadamente se refiere a estas desviaciones en el escultismo:
“Durante varias épocas de nuestra historia, se han tratado de crear varias veces pseudos movimientos Scouts, bajo las más diversas justificaciones : las Juventudes Hitlerianas del nazismo, los Balillas del régimen fascista de Mussolinni, los Pioneros de los regímenes comunistas, son los ejemplos más patéticos y notorios de nuestra historia reciente, y ahora, podemos agregar a la lista a estos "Scouts reformistas"; no es muy difícil detectarlos; son aquellos que plantean que "B-P es ya historia", o los que dicen "nos basamos sólo en el ejemplo de B-P, no en sus manuales y libros", sólo por citar algunas de sus frases más típicas y descaradas.”
Lo anterior denota que el escultismo en nuestros días se viene deformando de lo que originalmente era, convirtiéndose en club deportivo-social que lo único que conserva hasta cierto punto es el uniforme, ya que el mismo es del colores llamativos, esto lo podremos observar principalmente en las organizaciones miembros de WOSM, agraciadamente existen diversas organizaciones que se preocupan por mantener el escultismo tradicional como lo son la Federación Mundial de Scouts Independientes, La orden Mundial de Boys Scouts y la Federación de Escultismo Europeo entre otras.
los cambio que viene sufriendo en escultismo en nuestras fechas son de todo innecesarios, toda vez que, a este movimiento le tendríamos que cambiar de nombre ya que no conserva su esencia, siendo un movimiento muy diferente al original, todo esto se resumen en lo siguiente:

This indicates that Scouting today is being deformed than it originally was, making social club, the only thing that keeps to a certain extent is the uniform because it is bright colors, here we can observe mainly in the member organizations of WOSM, thankfully there are several organizations that are concerned about keeping the traditional Scouting such as the World Federation of Independent Scouts, The World Order of Boys Scouts and the Federation of European Scouting among others.
