Hola hermanos escultistas ya en un publicación anterior avía puesto un documental pero ese documental trataba mas de la vida de B.P. y hoy les traigo otro documental que es mas enfocado en como y el porque de los scout es muy interesante es echo por la bbc aun que se habla mucho de la vida de B.P. pero disfrútenlo.

Hola que tal hermanos escultistas bueno como hace una semana fue el aniversario de la muerte de john lennon pero pues les traigo una breve biografía de uno de los integrantes de los Beatles quien es scout y que es un gran músico a si es del mismísimo Paul Mccarthey.
Sir James Paul McCartney, MBE (Liverpool, Inglaterra, 18 de junio de 1942) es un músico multi instrumentista, empresario, cantante, compositor, productor musical y activista pro-derechos de los animales.
Obtuvo un reconocimiento mundial como miembro del grupo británico The Beatles, junto a George Harrison, John Lennon y Ringo Starr. Junto a su amigo John Lennon formó una de las parejas de compositores más influyentes de la música contemporánea, escribiendo conjuntamente un extenso catálogo de temas mundialmente conocidos. Tras abandonar el grupo, McCartney empezó una exitosa carrera en solitario y formó el grupo Wings con su mujer, Linda McCartney y el músico Denny Laine.

La hostoria de B.P. contada por el.
Hola que tal hermanos escultistas pues de honor igual ya con anterioridad e hablado de este tema que es acerca de la vida del gran jefe y pues les traigo un documental sobre su vida contado por el mismo ya tienes varios años en este mundo este documental pero pues no sabia cuando lo iba a poner en el blog hasta que hoy me decidí por ponerlo espero les agrade es muy interesante y posteriormente les pondré otro documental sobre el escultismo pero hoy les traigo la vida del jefe y parte del escultismo en sus primeros años a si que hagan sus palomitas y disfruten de una buena bebida saludos.

Guidismo scout por agnes Baden Powell
Hola que tal hermanos escultistas pues en esta ocasiones y conmemorando el anterior jueves 25 de noviembre sino me falla la memoria je. Pues por ser ese día, día internacional en contra de la violencia hacia la mujer y nosotros como scout y guías debemos de apoyar ya que hasta cierto momento a como yo lo veo opinión personal algunas asociaciones scouts no manejan el termino guidismo y que ese termino es emblemático para una guía ya que es su verdadero nombre y no scout claro no es cosa de diferencia sino por que ellas se merecen un nombre propio y justo algo que haga valer su historia y todo lo que en ellas puedan encontrar pero bueno es mi opinión cada quien tendrá la suya y que las respeto ya que me gusta practicar la tolerancia a si que disfruten de la breve biografía de Agnes B.P.
Agnes Smyth Baden Powell, nació el 16 de diciembre de 1858. Su padre fue el Reverendo H. G. Baden-Powell quién era profesor de Geometría en la Universidad de Oxford en Inglaterra.
Agnes Baden Powell fue una de las personas más influyentes en el desarrollo del Guidismo desde sus inicios.
Agnes Smyth Baden Powell, nació el 16 de diciembre de 1858. Su padre fue el Reverendo H. G. Baden-Powell quién era profesor de Geometría en la Universidad de Oxford en Inglaterra.
Agnes Baden Powell fue una de las personas más influyentes en el desarrollo del Guidismo desde sus inicios.
Agnes, por encargo de su hermano, se involucró con la correcta organización de las Guías Scouts desde el principio, siguiendo el éxito dela reunión en el Palacio de Cristal.
Ella enviudó cuando tenía 36 años y tuvo que criar a sus hijos ella sola.
La familia era de clase alta y esto usualmente significaba que el dinero no era un problema. Agnes era menor que su hermano, Robert Baden Powell, y en el momento en el que ella aceptó encargarse de las guías (1910), ya estaba alrededor de los 52 años.
Agnes era conocida por ser una gran música, que tocaba el órgano, el piano y el violín. Como artista, ella fue descrita como excelente en toda clase de manualidades, como el tejido y el trabajo con metales.
Estando más interesada en historia natural, Agnes siempre insistió en las actividades al aire libre para el Movimiento. Pero eso no es todo! Ella era experta reconocedora en astronomía, montaba en bicicleta, nadaba, conducía y patinaba; además, era una excelente cocinera. En su casa ella mantenía una colmena de abejas y producía una deliciosa miel. Las abejas tenían acceso al exterior por una tubería a través de la pared.
Había además una colonia de mariposas viviendo en su casa y varios pequeños pájaros que no eran enjaulados.
Cuando Agnes aceptó orientar el naciente Movimiento de las Guías se convirtió en la Presidenta, incluso aunque esto no sería oficial hasta el 24 de Septiembre de 1915 en la concesión de una acta de incorporación.
En 1909, se registró en la oficina central la primera compañía de Guías, se llamó “Miss Baden Powell´s Own”, (Compañía de Miss Baden Powell).
Para abril de 1910, ella, con dos de sus amigas, vieron la necesidad de tener una oficina para las guías por lo que comenzó a rentar un cuarto en el edificio donde los Boy Scouts tenían sus oficinas.
Para este tiempo había por lo menos 6000 niñas registradas, y como B-P estaba ansioso por mantener los dos grupos separados, les adelantó 100 libras para que lograran establecerse.
En la primera parte de este siglo, niñas y mujeres debían ser “señoritas” y muchos padres tuvieron grandes dudas acerca del movimiento, pero aquellos que conocieron a Agnes declararon que una mujer más dulce no podría ser encontrada.
En los siguientes años Agnes trabajó adaptando el manual de “Escultismo para muchachos” al “Manual de las Muchachas Guías” o “Cómo las niñas pueden ayudar a construir el imperio”.
Ella tomó valor y coordinó el Guidismo a través del mundo, estableció la primera compañía, escribió artículos para el Girl Guide Gazette, y con su comité tomó todas las decisiones, grandes y pequeñas, que ayudaron a crear la organización que hoy existe.
En 1917 Agnes renunció a la Presidencia a favor de su Alteza Real, la Princesa María, quien fue una entusiasta colaboradora para las Guías.
Agnes permaneció como Vicepresidenta hasta su muerte en Junio de 1945, a la edad de 86 años.

Well, because that day, international day against violence towards women and scout and guide us as we support and which to some time as a personal opinion I see some scouts associations do not handle the guiding term and that term is landmark for a guide as it is your real name and no clear scout is not a matter of difference but they deserve a proper name and just something that enforces its history and all that they can find, but good is my opinion every who will own and that I respect because I like to practice tolerance if you enjoy the brief biography of Agnes BP
Agnes Smyth Baden Powell, was born on December 16, 1858. His father was the Rev. H. G. Baden-Powell who was Professor of Geometry at Oxford University in England.
Agnes Baden Powell was one of the most influential in the development of Guiding since its inception.
Agnes, on behalf of his brother, became involved with the proper organization of the Girl Scouts from the beginning, following the success dela meeting at Crystal Palace.
She was widowed when she was 36 and had to raise their children alone.
The family was upper class and this usually meant that the money was not a problem. Agnes was younger than his brother, Robert Baden Powell, and when she accepted the charge of the guidelines (1910), and was around 52 years.
Agnes was known for being a great musician, who played the organ, piano and violin. As an artist, she was described as excellent in all kinds of crafts, like weaving and metalworking.
Being more interested in natural history, Agnes always insisted on outdoor activities for the Movement. But that's not all! Which recognizes she was expert in astronomy, bicycling, swimming, driving and skating, also was an excellent cook. At home she kept a hive of bees and produce a delicious honey. The bees had access to the outside through a pipe through the wall.
There was also a colony of butterflies living at home and several small birds were not caged.
When Agnes agreed to direct the nascent Movement of Guides became the President, even though this would not be official until September 24, 1915 on the granting of a certificate of incorporation.
In 1909, occurred in the central office the first company of guides, called "Miss Baden-Powell's Own" (Miss Baden Powell Company).
By April 1910, she, with two of his friends, saw the need to have an office for the guides so they began to rent a room in the building where the Boy Scouts had their offices.
At this time there were at least 6000 girls registered as BP was anxious to keep the two separate groups, they advanced 100 pounds to get a foothold.
In the first part of this century, girls and women should be "ladies" and many parents had grave doubts about the movement, but those who knew Agnes stated that a sweet woman could not be found.
In the following years, Agnes worked to adapt the handbook "Scouting for Boys" to the "Handbook of the Girl Guides" or "How girls can help build the empire."
It took courage and coordinated Guiding throughout the world, established the first company, wrote articles for the Girl Guide Gazette, and his committee took all the decisions, big and small, who helped create the organization that exists today.
In 1917 Agnes resigned the Presidency on behalf of His Royal Highness, Princess Mary, who was an enthusiastic contributor to the Guidelines.

!Parte 4 ¿Que se hizo en los primero años del escultismo?
Hola que tal hermanos escultistas pues a continuación les escribí la 4 parte de la historia del escultismo aquí ya llegamos a sus primeros años que los historiadores escultistas hacen un rango que es de 1907 a 1919 a que deléitense.
1901- B.P. recibe la cruz de la orden de la order of the bath de manos del nuevo rey y de Inglaterra, Eduardo VII.
1904- Olave St. Claire recibe la confirmación de manos del obispo de Dawwlish, en St. Michael churh
- 30 de abril B.P. asite en Glasgow a una desmostracion de los catholic boys brigades, grupo formado por Sir. Wiliam A. Smyth bajo la inspiración del libro Aids to scouting.
1907- B.P. es ascendido a teniente general grado máximo que B.P. alcanza. No puede recibir el sueldo completo debido a que no tiene la antigüedad requerida ya que sus ascensos han sido muy rápidos.
- 25 de julio a 6 de agosto. Campamento experimental de la isla brownsea, Dorset en la bahía de poole, esta isla esta situada al sur de Inglaterra. Esta desolada isla es propiedad de Mrs. Van Realte. A este campamento asisten 21 muchachos de muy diversas clases sociales, a los que divide en cuatro patrullas, que llevan los nombres de CHORLITOS, CUERVOS, LOBOS Y TOROS. Para este campamento cuenta con la ayuda de su gran amigo Keneth mac Laren, que es mayor del 13 regimiento de Husares.
LOS PRIMEROS AÑOS DEL ESCULTISMO.
1908- enero 15. Se inicia la publicación de scouting for boys, esta primera adicción sale en seis partes, en entregas quincenales, con un tiraje de 110,000 ejemplares. Lo edita Arthur Pearson, quien edita muchos otros libros de Baden Powell.
- Enero 24 dicta una serie de conferencias sobre su idea del escultismo en la YMCA de Birkenhead y mas tarde a los boys Brigades.
- Debido a la multitud de cartas de muchachos que recibe B.P. monta la primera oficina scout en Henrrieta Street de la que se hace cargo, al principio Keneth Mac Laren y mas tarde J.A. Kyle, para a si poder atender todas las consultas.
- Agosto 27 a 9 de septiembre. Se repite el experimento realizado el año anterior en Brownsea, pero ahora en Hunrhaugh en el condado de Northumberland.
1909.- los miembros que se han inscrito en el escultismo, llegan a 23,000
-septiembre primera gran reunión masiva de scouts. 10,000 muchachos se reúnen en el palacio de cristal, en Londres, en donde B.P. se encuentra con ellos.
- B.P. viaja a Brasil, argentina y chile, este ultimo es el primer país, fuera del reino unido, en adoptar el escultismo.
- se inicia en México una tropa de scout en el poblado de real del monte, estado de Hidalgo. De esta tropa scout no se tiene mas datos.
1910 B.P. viaja a ruria para asistir a la promesa de los scouts de Moscú. Estos scouts no llegaron a formar una asociación que fuera reconocida.
- Mayo 7 B.P. se retira del ejercito, recibe la medalla de buen servicio y se dedica a tiempo completo a atender al movimiento que ha fundado.
- Para dar una respuesta a la cantidad de muchas que en número creciente quiere ingresar al movimiento scout, B.P. con la ayuda de su hermana Agnes Funda Las Girl Scouts.
- William D: Boye, debido a una buena acción de un scout anónimo, realizada en Londres, Inglaterra, funda los Boy scouts of america.
- En omitlan , hidalgo, se funda otra tropa scout en vida efímera.
1911- Ante el creciente numero de países que han adoptado el movimiento scout, B.P. nombra al primer comisionado internacional, encargado de atender las relaciones entre esos países y el reino unido.
- Se fija el límite de edad para los scout de la tropa, de 11 a 18 años.
- Junio 4. El rey jorge V pasa revista a los scouts reunidos en el parque del castillo de Windsor.

¿Cual es el reglamento de un campamento?
Hola que tal hermanos escultistas espero andén muy bien que hoy es un gran día. Bueno en muchas ocasiones y sobre todo para los nuevos jefes que no han sido scout muchas veces se preguntan si deben de tener reglas en un campamento y cuales serian pues la mera verdad si debe de haber reglas mas que nada para tener un orden y control de las cosas que hacemos ya como pues mmm como les diré yo ya como rover pues en muchas ocasiones no los jefes ponen las reglas sino nosotros mismo pero si es para secciones menores o intermedias es bueno tener unas en mente como las que les muestro a continuaciones pero ojo esto es solo una guía no siempre deben de estar todas puede haber menos o si quieren mas pero es como quieran los campistas saludos y espero les sierva esta información.
REGLAMENTO DE CAMPAMENTO
• Los horarios de las actividades se respetaran salvo causas de fuerza mayor o que el responsable de campo indique lo contrario
• No se permitirán bebidas embriagantes, cigarros, medicamentos no autorizados así como productos químicos salvo prescripción médica.
• No se permitirán palabras altisonantes sin excepción alguna (padres de familia, jefes, invitados, etc.) así como faltas a las buenas costumbres y la moral, esto podrá causar expulsión del campamento
• No se permitirán arrumacos (agasajos, besos etc.) entre las parejas de grupo esto causara expulsión del campamento.
• No se tolerara ninguna insubordinación hacia los jefes y o encargados de actividad o área: “El scout y la guía obedecen sin replicar y hacen las cosas en orden y completas”, “El lobato escucha y obedece al viejo lobo”, “La hadita es obediente y alegre”.
• No se permitirá invadir áreas de acampado y/o área de acantonamiento.
• Cada sección tratara de dejar en mejores condiciones el área designada para ellos.
• Los padres de familia solo podrán entrar al área de secciones en horarios específicos.
• Todos los participantes permanecerán en su área designada para ellos sin excepción.
• Por ningún motivo los padres de familia asistentes, podrán interferir en las actividades de sus hijos durante la actividad.
El presente reglamento regirá a todos y a cada uno de los participantes al campamento sin excepción alguna. En caso de faltar a cualquiera de ellos se harán acreedores a una sanción designada por el Consejo de Grupo.

What is the ruling of a camp?
Hello brothers scouts hope that this platform very well that today is a great day. Well in many cases and especially for new leaders who have been scout often wonder if you should have rules in a camp and what the real truth would be as if there must be rules more than anything to have command and control things we do and like it mmm and as I tell them because in many cases rover heads not make the rules but ourselves but if it's minor or intermediate sections is good to have some in mind as those shown below but they note this is only a guideline should always be not all may be less or if they want more but it's like campers servant greetings and I hope you this information.
CAMP RULES
• The schedule of activities will be respected unless force majeure or the field manager stated otherwise
• Do not allow alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, drugs and unauthorized prescription safe chemicals.
• Do not allow bad words without exception (parents, leaders, guests, etc..) As well as failures of public decency and morality, this will result in expulsion from camp
• Do not allow cuddles (treats, kisses etc.) Between pairs of group it will cause expulsion from camp.
• Do not tolerate any insubordination towards the heads I responsible for activity or area: "The scout and guide to obey without reply and do things in order and complete," "The Cub listen and obey the old wolf," "The fairy is obedient and happy. "
• No camping areas will invade and / or cantonment area.
• Each section tried to make it better the area designated for them.
• Parents may only enter the area of sections at specific times.
• All participants will remain in their designated area for them without exception.
• Never parents attending, may interfere with the activities of their children during the activity.

¿Que es la la insignia scout?
hola que tal amigos escultistas pues esta vez hablare sobre lo que todo scout en este mundo lleva consigo y que a todos sin importar país uniforme, organización y demás cosas es algo que nos une y estoy hablando de la flor de Liz que para nosotros apenas tiene unos 103 años pero en la vida real tiene miles y de echo en una publicación futura hablare hacer de su historia de la flor de Liz mientras tanto disfruten de esta publicación.
Insignia Scout Mundial
En casi todos los países del mundo donde hay Scouts, se ha adoptado la Flor de Lis, como insignia representativa del Movimiento, diferenciándose únicamente en el diseño.
Cuando Baden Powell fundó los Scouts, pensó que era necesario tener un emblema que hiciera sentir a todos, la unión que debería existir en el movimiento, así es que adoptó la Flor de Lis como distintivo, usándolo por primera vez en el campamento de Brownsea, en agosto de 1907.
La insignia Scout fue tomada de la antigua brújula marina, en donde se designaba el norte mediante una flor de lis, similar a la nuestra.
Con muy pequeños cambios la Insignia Scout con sus tres pétalos, es usada en la generalidad de los países del mundo como una muestra de la hermandad scout de amistad y buena ciudadanía.
Significado actual de la Insignia:
• Los tres pétalos, de la misma forma que los tres dedos de la Seña Scout, nos recuerdan los tres puntos de la Promesa Scout.
o El central, Dios y Patria.
o El de la izquierda, ayuda al prójimo
o El de la derecha, observación de la Ley Scout.
• La línea que divide el pétalo central, la aguja de una brújula, significando que el Scout es capaz de seguir el camino recto en su vida, de la misma forma como la aguja de la brújula señala siempre al norte.
• Las dos estrellas, cada una de cinco picos, la vida al aire libre, los ideales de veracidad y conocimientos del Movimiento Scout. Además recuerdan los 10 artículos de la Ley Scout.
• El Anillo que reúne los tres pétalos, la unión de la hermandad scout, detalle que se ve reforzado por la cuerda que circunda la flor de lis, recordándonos que nuestra hermandad es mundial.

¿Un scout no scout o un no scout, scout?
Hola hermanos escultistas bueno hoy les contare un pequeña historia que me paso es algo que yo creo que te inspira y te hace sentir bien.
Hace una semana cuando me estaba yendo a la escuela me encontré con una amiga en el camión y pues por andar platicando con ella me distraje y perdí mi credencial de camion la deja en el camión y no la encontraba y nada y yo decía se me abra perdido no esta en mi bulto y por el estilo hasta que ya oras depuse me hablo mi papa diciendo que le habían mandado un mensaje diciendo que habían encontrado una credencial y me paso el numero de la persona que lo encontró y yo me comunico con esa persona y ahí esta el detalle como diría un gran personaje comino y la verdad mucha gente se hubiera quedado con la credencial ya que le seria mas económico el camión a mitad de precio pero el decidió regresármelo y ya me puse de acuerdo con el y al día siguiente me la regreso a si de simple para mi es todo un scout bueno el es un scout sin saberlo y es todo un rover scout y la verdad gente así es lo que falta en el mundo personas honestas que primero ven por el prójimo y luego claro no muy luego je pero se ven después por ellos y si todo hiciéramos una buena acción diaria cambiaríamos a nuestra familia, ciudad, país y al mundo.

Hello brothers good today scouts tell you a little story that happened to me is something that I think inspires you and makes you feel good.
A week ago when I was going to school I met a friend in the truck and then to go talking to her I got distracted and lost my voter's left in the truck and could not find anything and I said I was open 'm not in my package and the like until deposed pray and told me about my dad saying that he had sent a message saying they had found a credential and pass me the number of the person who found it and I communicate with that person and there's the detail as say a great character and truth cumin many people had stayed with the credential and that the truck be cheaper at half the price but because he chose regresármelo and I agreed with him and the next day back to me if everything simple for me is a good scout is a scout on without knowing and it is a rover scout and people like that is really missing in the world are honest people first for others and then of course not je very soon but they look after them and if we did a good deed every day would change our family, city, country and the world.

¿Algun premio novel por algun scout?
Hola que tal hermanos escultistas pues en esta ocasión les traigo información nueva y se trata de un scout que gano un premio novel ¡se imaginan! Pues si a si es lo que no pude averiguar con certeza es si fue el primer scout en recibir el primo novel pero pues les dejo con su biografía bye saludos de mano izquierda.
Werner Heisenberg.
Físico y premio Nobel , desarrolló un modelo de mecánica cuántica, cuya indeterminación o principio de incertidumbre ha ejercido una profunda influencia en la física y en la filosofía del siglo XX. Nació el 5 de diciembre de 1901 en Wurzburgo, Alemania. Sus padres fueron August Heisenberg y Anna Wecklein. Cuando Werner nació, su padre recién había sido promovido de profesor de escuela de lenguas clásicas a docente en la universidad de Würzburg. Su suegro Nikolaus Wecklein era el director del Maximilian Gymnasium de München cuando conoció, mientras hacía su práctica como profesor de idiomas, a la madre de Werner. August y Anna se casaron en mayo de 1899. Werner tuvo un hermano mayor que él Erwin, que nació en marzo del 1900.
En septiembre de 1906, poco antes de cumplir cinco años de edad, Werner inició su enseñanza primaria en una escuela de Würzburg. Pasó tres años en esa escuela, hasta que su padre fue nombrado, en 1909, profesor de griego en la universidad de München. En junio de 1910, algunos meses después de que su padre asumiera su nuevo cargo docente, Werner y el resto de la familia se mudaron a München. Allí, a partir de septiembre de ese año, Werner asistió a clases en la escuela Elisabethenschule. En 1911, ingresa a estudiar al Maximilian Gymnasium de München, donde era director su abuelo materno.

¿Que es el escultismo tradicionalista?
Hola hermanos escultistas, pues en esta ocasión aun que ya había hablado acerca de este tema en otra publicaciones pero la verdad se me hizo de gran importancia publicarlo lo encontré en un facebook no voy a relevar exactamente de donde lo saque ya que puede sonar un poco ofensivo para ciertas personas a si que les digo que no lo tomen a mal es solo una opinión y que vale respetarla yo agregue algunas partes y acomode bien la informaciones ok espero que hagan un poco de conciencia no mas eso no me tengo nada contra nadie ya que recordemos el valor de la tolerancia y un scout es amigo y hermano de todo scout saludos.
Esta es una pregunta muy interesante, ya que muy pocas personas en el medio podrían dar una respuesta adecuada, ya que este tipo de escultismo es practicada por un numero limitado de grupos y agrupaciones, mas si embargo resulta de gran importancia comprender acerca del tema.

Según nos dice el comisionado para la Columbia Británica (Canada) de la asociación de Scouts Baden Powell, que este concepto es muy amplio ya que algunos consideraban al escultismo de tipo tradicional como el que invento Baden Powell y para otros era el practicado durante los primeros sesenta años de su creación, es decir con las variaciones poco substanciales presentadas en dicho periodo; nos dice el referido comisionado que el se encontraba a favor de este ultimo concepto, sin embargo, este concepto en México aplicaría de otra manera, el escultismo tradicional es el que se venia practicando aproximadamente desde 1909, año que se fundaron los primeros grupos scouts de nuestro país tomando como modelo el sistema de Baden Powell y el Norteamericano ( que a su vez es una derivación del primero) hasta el practicado hasta antes del cisma (de la ASMAC) de 1980, en que el entonces movimiento hegemónico scout decido cambiar de planes de adelanto y sistemas de operación por otros menos comprometidos con el verdadero escultismo.
En este orden de ideas, tenemos que el escultismo tradicional se puede identificar las siguientes características.
• El plan de Adelanto tomado del Sistema Original de B-P, en las tropas las clases Scouts, en la manada las estrellas de adelanto, en el clan las especialidades o en su defecto el uso de charreteras de diversos colores ( que indican el nivel de Rover), esto es en las ramas varoniles y en las femeniles sus respectivas equivalencias,.
• Los grupos y asociaciones que lo practican tienen una dirigencia voluntaria , es decir sus Scouters y dirigentes , no cobran ni un solo centavo por su tiempo y esfuerzo., es decir se prohíben categóricamente lo cargos de paga o ejecutivos.
• El cobro a sus miembros de cuotas muy reducidas, mismas que solo sirven para cubrir los gastos mínimos, ya que no se busca el lucro con el escultismo, y por lo tanto estos grupos no prohíben la compra de uniformes en lugares distintos sus tiendas en el caso de que las tengan.
• Dichas organizaciones, se dividen seis ramas o secciones , tres varoniles y tres femeniles y se dividen en :
Ramas Menores:
Lobatos
Haditas, Lahinis, Lobitas
Ramas Intermedias
Scouts
Guías, Guías Scouts
Ramas Mayores
Rovers
Guías Mayores, Coordinaras
• para reconocer un grupo scout tradicional, toda vez que, en la mayoría de los casos estos grupos desdeñan de una manera acertada, a las secciones mixtas, y ramas o secciones ubicadas entre las intermedias y las mayores, creación de scouts reformistas.
• La utilización del sistema de patrullas con su debidas adecuaciones para ramas menores e mayores, todo sistema de organización ajeno al mismo es rechazado.
• La practica de los verdaderos valores scout como lo son la promesa, la ley scout (con todos sus artículos y sin cambiarle el sentido a los mismos) los principios y virtudes.
Adicionalmente, me permito hacer notar una característica mas, aunque no es determinante para que un grupo sea considerado como tradicional si lo distingue: El uso de uniformes de colores sobrios , que entre otras combinaciones están el azul con gris, Azul con caqui y solamente caqui o azul, esto lo manifiesto fines didácticos , lo cual quiere decir que existen grupos ajenos a este tipo de uniforme que practican el escultismo tradicional
Es una pena que a nuestros días diversas organizaciones están dando la espalda a los principios de B-P y los principales ideólogos del escultismo, y estén promoviendo el ya conocido escultismo reformista mas Light que a la fecha conocemos, promoviendo el abandono del sistema de patrullas cambiándolo por una democracia sin sentido en la que todos lo elementos tiene el mismo peso en las decisiones de las secciones, esto al mismo tiempo desecha los consejos de sección donde unos pocos de una manera verdaderamente democrática toman decisiones que afectarían al resto del colectivo, asumir dicha doctrina ajena al escultismo seria el equivalente de que a todos los habitantes de un país se les tuviera que pedir su opinión lo cual verdaderamente ocasionaría un caos,
Asimismo, la corriente ultra reformista abandona uno de los pilares del método scout que es el aprender haciendo por medio de la obtención adelantos los cuales son substituidos por insignias que son entregadas sin pasar reto alguno, con la única justificación que el muchacho ha pasado a otra etapa de su vida.
Por todo lo anterior, es evidente que en muchas agrupaciones el escultismo se ha ido degenerando, justificándose en que los valores originales ya no son vigentes, luego entonces aplicando esta premisa, la amistad, la cortesía, la caballerosidad, la sana competencia, el reto, el servicio son valores del pasado que serán sustituidos por el mercantilismo, la soberbia etc. que caracteriza a muchas organizaciones de escultismo reformista
En esta tesitura, bien viene al caso citar a Mario Palta, miembro de la Agrupación Nacional de Boys-Scouts de Chile que muy acretadamente se refiere a estas desviaciones en el escultismo:
“Durante varias épocas de nuestra historia, se han tratado de crear varias veces pseudos movimientos Scouts, bajo las más diversas justificaciones : las Juventudes Hitlerianas del nazismo, los Balillas del régimen fascista de Mussolinni, los Pioneros de los regímenes comunistas, son los ejemplos más patéticos y notorios de nuestra historia reciente, y ahora, podemos agregar a la lista a estos "Scouts reformistas"; no es muy difícil detectarlos; son aquellos que plantean que "B-P es ya historia", o los que dicen "nos basamos sólo en el ejemplo de B-P, no en sus manuales y libros", sólo por citar algunas de sus frases más típicas y descaradas.”
Lo anterior denota que el escultismo en nuestros días se viene deformando de lo que originalmente era, convirtiéndose en club deportivo-social que lo único que conserva hasta cierto punto es el uniforme, ya que el mismo es del colores llamativos, esto lo podremos observar principalmente en las organizaciones miembros de WOSM, agraciadamente existen diversas organizaciones que se preocupan por mantener el escultismo tradicional como lo son la Federación Mundial de Scouts Independientes, La orden Mundial de Boys Scouts y la Federación de Escultismo Europeo entre otras.
los cambio que viene sufriendo en escultismo en nuestras fechas son de todo innecesarios, toda vez que, a este movimiento le tendríamos que cambiar de nombre ya que no conserva su esencia, siendo un movimiento muy diferente al original, todo esto se resumen en lo siguiente:
