¿Que es el metodo scout 7 Parte?

Hola que tal hermanos escultistas y bueno como ya saben e estado publicando hacerca del método scout y hoy llegamos a la ultima parte pero no menos importante del método el cual es “programa progresión personal”.
Espero les sirva todo lo que publique hacer del método scout y con un saludo me despido hasta la siguiente publicación.

PROGRAMA PROGRESION PERSONAL

Se entiende por Progresión Personal el proceso gradual de desarrollo que vive cada joven en todos sus ámbitos de acción, de acuerdo a su realidad, con su propio estilo y según sus capacidades. Este proceso gradual corresponde a la participación del joven en actividades educativas y al cumplimiento paulatino de los objetivos educativos establecidos para su edad, en las distintas áreas de desarrollo.

Para colaborar en el desarrollo de un muchacho, el Movimiento le ofrece la posibilidad de participar en actividades educativas. La participación en estas actividades educativas produce experiencias personales y significativas en cada joven, distintas para cada uno, las que contribuyen al logro efectivo de las conductas planteadas en los Objetivos Educativos definidos para su edad.

El sistema de progresión personal se basa principalmente en que es el joven el protagonista de su desarrollo. Es por esto que cada joven selecciona los objetivos educativos que desea lograr. Para conseguirlo, el joven debe esforzarse por contribuir en la generación y diseño de actividades educativas y participar entusiástamente en ellas, sacándoles el mejor provecho posible.

Resumiendo, se puede decir que la progresión personal es el camino que cada joven elige personal y libremente. En este camino vive participando en actividades educativas que favorecen el logro de las conductas planteadas en los objetivos educativos.

Por último, se debe tener presente que los jóvenes pueden lograr algunos de los objetivos educativos naturalmente sin formar parte de una Unidad, lo importante del sistema de progresión es que al ser parte ellos del Movimiento, estos objetivos pueden ser desarrollados más profundamente y con las ventajas de trabajar con otros jóvenes que poseen los mismos intereses.

¿Que es el metodo scout 6 Parte?

Hola que tal hermanos escultistas y bueno como hace ya unas 2 semanas e venido publicando acerca del tema del método scout ya que es muy extenso y esta ves hablaremos sobre el aprendizaje por la acción ya mero acabamos este tema y espero les haya servido mucho claro no pongo todo como por ejemplo sobre el tema que veremos a continuación pero si pongo lo mas esencial saludos.

APRENDIZAJE POR LA ACCION.

"El niño está siempre listo para hacer, más que para asimilar" (B.P.) El aprendizaje se realiza con mayor facilidad y eficacia mediante la observación, las actividades desarrolladas por sí mismo, y las experiencias, que siendo siempre personales, se enriquecen con la vivencia comunitaria. De este modo, vinculan afectivamente al joven con la situación de aprendizaje y lo motivara a adquirir experiencias personales. Las vivencias son procesos que se graban profundamente y no se olvidan jamás.

Su participación será tanto más activa, cuanto mayor sea el grado de desarrollo y conciencia de su madurez.
Así, en la medida que asuma su libertad, podrá ejercerla con mayor beneficio para la iniciativa elección y aceptación de su desarrollo personal.

En la aplicación de este elemento, es necesario enfatizar tres aspectos que favorecen la actividad del proceso
educativo:

* Preparar al niño y al joven para el aprendizaje, mediante una adecuada motivación según la edad,
intereses y realidad social de cada uno.

* Enseñar a través del ensayo y error, que favorece la expresión sincera y espontánea de los niños y
jóvenes sin temor a equivocarse, permitiendo el descubrimiento de las potencialidades y
limitaciones personales, fomentando a su vez la creatividad.
* Priorizar la participación del niño o joven en la evaluación, lo que le permite ejercer y sentirse
protagonista del proceso, descubrir por sí mismo sus aciertos y errores, sus habilidades y
limitaciones, y ayudar a llegar a tomar la decisión de mejorar aquellos aspectos no satisfactorios.

Y algo importante en este subtema es que siempre esta acompañado de algunas características esenciales yo solo las mencionare y no son todas ok.

¿Que es el metodo scout 5 Parte?

Hola hermanos escultistas y bueno como me imagino que ya sabrán seguimos con el tema del marco simbólico tema muy importante en el mundo scout y les dejo con el subtema el cual es el ceremonial espero les guste y les sirva saludos.

CEREMONIAL

Es el conjunto de actos formales y comunitarios, que expresa un logro educativo, reconoce, valora y apoya el esfuerzo en el desarrollo personal.

Así, una ceremonia no es otra cosa que una manifestación exterior, un acto de reconocimiento formal y público de algo que ya existe en el interior de las personas; un testimonio público que nos sirve para recordar y manifestar en un momento el proceso ya vivido o que se está viviendo.

Ceremonias de cada rama:
. Incorporación a la Unidad
. Entrega de etapas de progresión
. Promesa
. Paso a la rama siguiente

Es responsabilidad de cada Unidad la organización y creación del ambiente más adecuado para el logro de los objetivos de cada ceremonia, siguiendo las orientaciones de las respectivas Comisiones de Rama. Así mismo, es su responsabilidad marginar radicalmente toda acción que no respete la dignidad de la persona, su integridad física y moral, considerando que ninguna tradición, ni búsqueda de una "mística" propia o festejo al término de una ceremonia puede estar por encima del Método o los Principios del Movimiento.

Desde la perspectiva del Movimiento, es importante dar énfasis a los siguientes aspectos:
-La ceremonia formaliza una situación que ya tiene un sentido y valor para quien la realiza, por lo que debe evitarse la representación o simulación.

- Es fundamentalmente un acto de personas, donde lo social y lo ornamental están al servicio de lo valórico y sólo como un medio para enriquecer el logro del objetivo.

- Resalta la importancia de un logro educativo que tiene significado, no por la relevancia del hecho en sí, sino en el contexto del proceso de educación de quien lo realiza.

- Es un momento de alto significado educativo en la vida del Grupo, que debe ser aprovechado con la participación de todas las personas que de alguna u otra manera pueden enriquecerse con ella.

Pierde sentido si es secreta y desde ninguna perspectiva puede significar privilegios o rango.
Son cualidades de una Ceremonia:
- Breve
- Significativa
- Impecable
- Dinámica
- Oportuna
- Natural

¿Que es el metodo scout 4Parte?

Y bueno hermanos escultistas aquí seguimos y obviamente seguimos con el tema del método scout y a continuación les mocionare lo que es el marco simbólico ya que es algo que todas las ramas tiene hasta los jefes espero les guste y les sirva saludos.

MARCO SIMBOLICO

Es el conjunto de símbolos y demás objetos que facilitan la identificación de la persona con la Rama y que el movimiento usa para el desarrollo de sus actividades. Es el contexto en el que se desarrolla la vida de la unidad y que le son características de acuerdo a la edad de los jóvenes.

Está constituido por determinados elementos que facilitan que el niño o joven se identifique con el movimiento y con su propia rama. Estos símbolos son un medio para motivar y desarrollar en los jóvenes los valores propios del Movimiento, no constituyen un fin en sí mismos y por lo tanto, no necesariamente son permanentes en el tiempo, no constituyen lo fundamental de la tarea educativa sino un recurso de identificación y motivación.

Su importancia radica en los valores educativos que lleva implícito cada símbolo y en su correcto uso para que el joven descubra rápidamente el valor que cada uno de ellos representa.
Dentro de los elementos que conforman el marco Simbólico, existen algunos que en su sentido más profundo son comunes a todas las ramas, pero que sin embargo cada una de ellas los representa de diferente manera; por ejemplo: lema, saludo, oración, color y modelo de vida... entre otros.

Al ser el Marco Simbólico un conjunto de recursos de apoyo, sólo se justifican en la medida que tengan una clara y precisa función de reforzar nuestra labor educativa y la oferta valórica. No se debe usar elementos que no estén considerados oficialmente.

¿Que es el metodo scout 3Parte?

Hola que tal hermanos escultistas espero anden muy bien y seguimos con el tema del método scout y el subtema que hoy presento es el sistema de equipo que es muy importante en el escultismo pero aquí les dejo la información saludos.

SISTEMA DE EQUIPO
Un segundo elemento en el Método Scout es el sistema de equipo, en el cual la comunicación e interacción entre las personas crea una situación de convivencia, donde el respeto es una conquista y la socialización un elemento fundamental de educación. La actividad scout se desarrolla sistemáticamente en grupo, llámese Bandada, Manada, Patrulla o Equipo.

VIDA DE EQUIPO

El Método Scout invita al niño a comunicarse con su familia, al joven a relacionarse y enriquecerse mutuamente con su patrulla, equipo, compañeros de curso y barrio; al joven o adulto, comprometido con el mundo del trabajo y la sociedad, a integrarse a ella como parte de su proceso de desarrollo personal y no como una obligación impuesta.

PARTICIPACION JUVENIL
El sistema de equipo, como método de formación en el Movimiento, se caracteriza por una participación juvenil directa, según la edad y el grado de madurez y de responsabilidad. No es un pequeño grupo de jóvenes dirigidos por un adulto: son los propios jóvenes que gestan las ideas, organizan y dirigen su ejecución, siendo ellos también quienes se evalúan.

ORGNIZACION DE LA UNIDAD
El sistema de equipo así definido implica una organización y una estructura, entendidas como la forma necesariamente democrática en que se agrupa la unidad y un estilo participativo de los jóvenes en su organización.

La estructura que adopta cada Rama permite, por un lado, facilitar y organizar el trabajo de la Unidad y, por otro, ofrecer a sus integrantes la posibilidad de ejercitar la democracia y vivir la experiencia del encuentro con los otros en armonía e igualdad de condiciones. También posibilita la reunión de los jóvenes según intereses y metas comunes, permitiendo contribuir al crecimiento del pequeño grupo en su totalidad.
