Hola que tal hermanos escultistas espero anden muy bien y seguimos con el tema del método scout y el subtema que hoy presento es el sistema de equipo que es muy importante en el escultismo pero aquí les dejo la información saludos.

SISTEMA DE EQUIPO
Un segundo elemento en el Método Scout es el sistema de equipo, en el cual la comunicación e interacción entre las personas crea una situación de convivencia, donde el respeto es una conquista y la socialización un elemento fundamental de educación. La actividad scout se desarrolla sistemáticamente en grupo, llámese Bandada, Manada, Patrulla o Equipo.

VIDA DE EQUIPO

El Método Scout invita al niño a comunicarse con su familia, al joven a relacionarse y enriquecerse mutuamente con su patrulla, equipo, compañeros de curso y barrio; al joven o adulto, comprometido con el mundo del trabajo y la sociedad, a integrarse a ella como parte de su proceso de desarrollo personal y no como una obligación impuesta.

PARTICIPACION JUVENIL
El sistema de equipo, como método de formación en el Movimiento, se caracteriza por una participación juvenil directa, según la edad y el grado de madurez y de responsabilidad. No es un pequeño grupo de jóvenes dirigidos por un adulto: son los propios jóvenes que gestan las ideas, organizan y dirigen su ejecución, siendo ellos también quienes se evalúan.

ORGNIZACION DE LA UNIDAD
El sistema de equipo así definido implica una organización y una estructura, entendidas como la forma necesariamente democrática en que se agrupa la unidad y un estilo participativo de los jóvenes en su organización.

La estructura que adopta cada Rama permite, por un lado, facilitar y organizar el trabajo de la Unidad y, por otro, ofrecer a sus integrantes la posibilidad de ejercitar la democracia y vivir la experiencia del encuentro con los otros en armonía e igualdad de condiciones. También posibilita la reunión de los jóvenes según intereses y metas comunes, permitiendo contribuir al crecimiento del pequeño grupo en su totalidad.

Hola que tal hermanos escultistas bueno pues en esta ocasión les traigo un gran tema que es el método scout ya mucha gente lo conoce pero muchos no pero vamos a profundizar un poco mas en el tema y para eso e estado investigando y encontré un buen archivo sobre lo que es el método scout y aclaro que lo encontré es decir esa información no es mía pero eso no es lo importante sino en que compartamos y aprendamos sobre este tema y también a claro que el tema lo are en varias publicaciones ya que es muy extenso saludos y espero les sirva.

¿QUE ES EL METODO SCOUT?

Es el sistema de autoeducación, progresivo y personalizado, aplicado por el Movimiento para el logro de su Propósito.
Para comprender mejor la definición, es necesario revisar el alcance de los conceptos contenidos en ella.
Y luego analizar los elementos contenidos en ella.

SISTEMA

Un sistema es un conjunto de elementos interdependientes, que conforman un todo integrado en armónica unidad donde interactúan entre sí, influyéndose y potenciándose. El Método es un sistema: por lo tanto, si se consideran sus elementos aisladamente o excluyendo alguno, pierde su riqueza como tal.

AUTOEDUCACION

La autoeducación es un proceso consciente y libremente asumido por cada uno, de modo que el desarrollo se produce desde el interior de la persona que busca en todo momento descubrir y potenciar sus capacidades por sí misma.
Si bien el propósito del Movimiento es la formación integral de la persona, ella no está planteada como una tarea que el dirigente deba implantar en "otro" o buscar un cambio educativo "en los jóvenes y niños". Su intención es lograr en el otro el deseo de querer crecer y desarrollarse, tomar los medios a su alcance y vivir por sí mismo el proceso gradualmente.

PROGRESIVO

No obstante lo anterior, es normal que el niño o joven no esté consciente cuando ingresa de la motivación última que persigue el Movimiento: la educación no es interés propio de su edad. Para facilitar el proceso de educación, el Método actúa en forma gradual y secuenciada, se desarrolla en grupos sucesivos de edad psicológica afín que llamamos Unidades, y en períodos programados. Estas son las Etapas de Progresión, que están secuenciadas con una estimulación adecuada, objetivos precisos, dificultad gradual y resultados concretos que motivan la superación permanente y colaboran en el descubrimiento paulatino de su identidad.

PERSONALIZADO

Un sistema de educación personalizado se fundamenta en una actitud de respeto y acogida a niños y jóvenes, porque se les valora como persona. Implica un esfuerzo por comprender su realidad y, a partir de ella, motivar a que cada uno busque su pleno desarrollo, con estrategias y actividades coherentes.
Un sistema personalizado involucra al adulto educador en una actitud de sencillez, para también aprender en las relaciones con los niños y jóvenes y con sus pares.
