Hola hermanos escultistas hoy les traigo la 3 parte de la historia del escultismo les pongo cosas muy importantes ya que es realmente los principios del escultismo son acontecimiento que tienen mas tiempo que el experimento de la isla de brownsea. A si que disfrútenlo y es pero les sirva

1895 B-P se embarca para volver a africa.
- Se le asigna a B.P. comandar un cuerpo de nativos de muy diversas tribus para ue formen un ejercito para la guerra.
- B.P. conquista la ciudad kumassi que es la capital de los ashiantis.
- El uniforme que usa B.P. en esos días de la ideas para que que mas tarde pudiera diseñar el uniforme scout. Por ejemplo, usa sombrero tejano del que derivara el sombrero scouts.
- El uso de esta prenda le vale el nombre de kantakey ( que es el nombre original del uniforme scouts), el sombrero grande, nombre con el que es conocido por los nativos.
- Mientras que el bordón scout sale de los ingenieros que ellos lo usaban como baston para los levantamientos topográficos.

- En este regimiento mete dos innovaciones que son: por una pare el crear un cuerpo de exploradores de gran movilidad, a este cuerpo les da una insignia especial que es una flor de lis; y por otra parte el conferir a los jefes una mayor responsabilidad para asegurar la movilidad del regimiento.

1898- muere el padre de Olave St. Claire Soames, mas tarde lady B.P.
-12 de octubre de 1899 a 12 de mayo de 1900 B.P. defiende la plaza de mafeking. Cuenta con 1000 hombres, contra 11000 boers que atacan la ciudad. A mas de la inferioridad en hombres, se da una inferioridad del ejercito ingles en la colocación, en parque y en artillería, por lo que se debe de echar mano de lo que es la astucia y el ingenio del comandante defensor B.P. su capacidad de ser un jefe a quienes los demás obedecen y respetan, su capacidad de tomar las cosas con sentido del humor, su ingenio para resolver los problemas que se plantean, hace que el sitio sea mas llevadero para los que están sitiados.
Para no distraer a los hombres aptos para la defensa, usa a los muchachos como un cuerpo de enlace en y fuera de la ciudad. Aquí sigue el experimento iniciando en la india de dar responsabilidad a los que se les encomienda alguna acción que debe realizar. Se puede considerar que estos muchachos organizados son e inicio de lo que llegaría a ser el sistema de patrullas.

Hola que tal hermanos scouts pues hoy les traigo esta pequeña historia del hombre en la luna o mas bien del primero hombre y scout en llegar a la luna espero les guste y encuentren un poco útil esta información.

El 20 de Julio se conmemoraron los 40 años de la llegada del hombre a la luna o mejor dicho del scout a la luna. El primer hombre en pisar suelo lunar fue un scout llamado Neil Armstrong.

A los 14 años, ya pertenecía a los Scouts of America. Llegó a ser Eagle Scout, el mayor rango en el Escultismo norteamericano que sólo es alcanzado por el cinco por ciento de los scouts estadounidenses. Mas tarde se incorporo a los proyectos de la NASA y fue seleccionado para ser a los 38 años de edad, comandante de la misión espacial APOLO XI, el módulo espacial partiría a las 9:32 am el 16 de julio de 1969 del complejo Cabo Kennedy, en Florida, Estadis Unidos; con la misión de llegar a la Luna.

El comandante Neil Armstrong fue el primer ser humano que pisó la superficie de nuestro satélite el 20 de julio de 1969 al sur del Mar de la Tranquilidad (Mare Tranquilitatis). Lo acompañaron en su misión los astronautas Collins y Aldrin. Aldrin también fue miembro de los Boy Scout of America.

Durante el alunizaje el Comandante Armstrong llevo consigo el emblema scout mundial. La insignia actualmente se encuentra en las oficinas de la OMMS y dice "Certifico que esta insignia scout mundial fue llevada a la superficie de la luna en el primer alunizaje del hombre. Apolo XI 20 de junio de 1969. Firma: Neil Armstrong. Comandante de la tripulación Apolo XI.

Hola hermanos scouts je pues con un poco de ausencia si no tenia internet pero bueno. Navegando por internet me tope con esta pagina http://blog.larocadelconsejo.net/ muy buena por cierta esta interesante hay buenas cosas para leer y para ver espero les guste y aquí le dejo un reporte de esa pagina que me pareció interesante disfrútenla.

Buscando información en Wikipedia sobre Terry Pratchett, y su saga de Mundodisco, he encontrado que una de sus futuras posibles novelas se titulara Scouting for Trolls, “Escultismo para Trolls” en castellano, haciendo referencia al Escultismo para Muchachos de Baden Powell, lo que me ha puesto los dientes largos y la camisa llena de babas por las ganas de tenerlo en mis manos y leerlo. Claro que para ello aun me quedaran un par de años mínimo. Puede que a los lectores habituales de La Roca no les suene el nombre de Sir Terry Pratchett y su exitosa saga del Mundodisco, por lo que voy haceros una pequeña introducción.

En 1983, se publico en Inglaterra una novela titulada El Color de la Magia (The Colour of Magic), un novela de fantasía en clave de humor el que se hacia mucha parodia y sátira de los clichés reconocidos del genero de fantasía y ciencia ficción que al autor se le podía ocurrir. La historia se ambientaba en el Mundodisco un mundo circular y plano (a palabras del autor: “Como una pizza geográfica pero sin anchoas”) que descansa sobre cuatro elefantes que están subido a la tortuga gigante Gran A´Tuin (una reinterpretación de la A´ Thuin de la mitología hindú) que viaja constantemente en mitad del multiverso. En éste viven múltiples razas fantásticas, una versión antropomórfica de la Muerte (personaje omnipresente en el Mundodisco) vaga por el disco visitando (tarde o temprano) a todos sus habitantes y la magia funciona.

¿QUE es un Rover?

Hola que tal amigos scouts talvez no responda mucha la pregunta pero es una parte. bueno como sugerencia pongo algo sobre los rovers que el pasado 12 de octubre fue el dia del rover ya en la pasada publicación lo mencione pero ahora escribro algo sobre nostros es breve ya que hay muchas y tantas cosas que decir pero solo algunas cosas mencionare.

Rover: en un traducción literal es un "vagabundo", aunque puede tener un sentido de lo más peyorativo, ya que bien se podría traducir también como una especie de pandillero. Creo que la idea de Baden-Powell de llamar a los muchachos que están en esta Sección con el nombre de Rover Scouts, hay que tomarla no como clasificarlos de tal manera que les pueda llamar exploradores vagabundos, que sería una traducción literal, sino como aquellos que son Scouts (y lo que es ser Scout lo describe Baden-Powell en muchos de sus libros) y que son los aventureros que se trazan retos y los llevan a cabo, hasta con el tipo de actividades que se sugieren en el presente libro, para que se pueda probar esta tesis.

- Clan: no es la palabra que usa Baden-Powell para designar a la sección diseñada para los Rovers, sino que habla de clan, palabra que hay que traducir, de manera más literal como equipo, tripulación o como pandilla, o algo semejante; no sé porqué adoptamos en español la palabra Clan para nombrar a esta sección. Sin embargo, es importante entender el sentido de la palabra original, ya que nos habla de una íntima unidad que es la que tiene la pandilla, y de un trabajo en conjunto que es el que tiene una tripulación o un equipo, ya sea de un barco o de un avión o de los que practican deportes de los llamados "de equipo".

Por otra parte, los Rovers se reúnen no en locales, como los llamamos hoy en día, sino en lo que llama un den, que se traduce como cueva, cuchitril, lugar de retiro o también como cuarto de estudio, con lo que aparece mediante el uso de esta palabra, la idea de que la aventura es algo que podemos llamar típico de los Clanes, es la cueva que tienen en la ciudad, para prepararse a salir a lo que es lo propio de ellos, que es el campo.

los Rovers se organizan en verdaderas Patrullas, que en la Patrulla hay servicios semejantes a los que encontramos entre los muchachos a la edad de las Tropas, que hay una especie de Guía de Patrulla que es el llamado Compañero Rover, mismo que usa insignias semejantes a las diseñadas, por el mismo Fundador, para el Guía de Patrulla de la Tropa.
En cualquier forma podemos decir que con el correr de los años, y con la experiencia que hemos tenido, cada Asociación Scout Nacional en particular, el Roverismo ha evolucionado, se ha adaptado a lo que es la realidad de nuestros países, y lo que es muy importante es que los Rovers actuales pueden ser tan Rovers como los que habían sido aquellos de los que nos hablan estos dos escritos, Rovers de las primeras generaciones, en el Reino Unido; pero creo que los Rovers de hoy en día, de manera especial "tienen los pies en la roca, y no la cabeza en las nubes". Los Rover scouts se organizan en "Clanes" bajo un "Dirigente Rover".
Para ser admitido en el Clan debes tener 17 años, pero de preferencia 18 edad Rover en la Inglaterra de la época; esto depende de cada Asociación; y si no has sido Scout debes desear vivir al aire libre acampando o haciendo excursiones, y obedecer la Ley Scout.
Con la aprobación del Jefe de Grupo y del Clan de Rovers entras a prueba para ver si el Roverismo te conviene, y si tú convienes al Roverismo.

Se espera que estudies la Promesa, la Ley Scout y el Escultismo tal y como se presenta en "Escultismo para Muchachos" y "Roverismo Hacia el Éxito" donde se dan ideas para desarrollarse y para adaptarse a ser un muchacho mayor.

Después, si lo aprueba el Dirigente Rover, serás investido como Rover. La investidura es la ceremonia de admisión. Se hace de acuerdo con la costumbre de Clan y los deseos del candidato.

Significa que intentas tomar el Roverismo en serio, y que harás todo lo posible por defender sus objetivos y métodos, y los llevarás a cabo. Por esta razón, debes pensar el asunto cuidadosamente antes.

La idea general de la Ceremonia está contenida en un panfleto llamado "La investidura de un Rover Scout".

Hola hermanos scouts que tal pues en esta coacción les traigo lo que viene siendo desde el quipo o mas bien la patrulla hasta lo que es una asociación espero les pueda servir a quienes no saben como funciona una asociación o sea de sus partes que la conforman y bueno hasta la próxima. y feliz dia del rover que fue ayer.

Patrulla.-Es la unidad que forma al Escultismo. Es un grupo de muchachos, de seis a ocho. El principal objetivo del sistema de patrulla es dar una responsabilidad real al mayor número posible de muchachos. Conduce a cada muchacho a la consideración de que él tiene una responsabilidad individual en el bienestar de su patrulla. Y Conlleva a toda la patrulla a darse cuanta de que tiene una responsabilidad definida respecto al bienestar general de la tropa.

Consejo de Patrulla.- Es este se discuten los programas y actividades y los asuntos internos de la Patrulla. De ahí salen las propuestas que el Guía lleva a la Corte de Honor.

Guía de patrulla.- El Guía es el responsable de la eficiencia y de la presentación de su patrulla. Los Scouts de la patrulla obedecen porque todos juntos constituyen un equipo que juega en conjunto y apoya al Guía por el honor y éxito de la patrulla.
Nombre de Patrulla.- Cada patrulla, lleva un nombre de un animal, porque tienen el sabor de la vida al aire libre.

Banderín y Emblema de patrulla.- La patrulla tienen un banderín donde se exhibe el nombre de la patrulla, la silueta del animal, signos secretos de la patrulla.
El banderín de la Patrulla sigue a sus miembros en todo momento, en excursiones o campamentos.

Tu Tropa - De una a seis patrullas forman una Tropa, al mando de su jefe y ayudado o reemplazado pos un Subjefe.

Corte de honor.- La totalidad de las actividades de la Tropa son planeadas por la Corte de Honor. Está formada por los guías de patrulla, en algunas Tropas asisten los Subguias. Suele Estar presidida por el primer guía o un presidente que para este efecto se nombre.

Grupo.- Tu tropa puede constituir por si sola un grupo scout, pero este se considerara completo cuando consta de las siguientes secciones:

Clasificación de los grupos.

Según su criterio de afiliación.
1. Los grupos abiertos.-Que son aquellos a los cuales pueden entrar muchachos que así lo deseen.
2. Los grupos cerrados.- integrados exclusivamente por ejemplo.

• Alumnos de un colegio o escuela
• Hijos de Miembros de una institución de servicio, sindicato o cooperativa.
Muchachos de una misma religión, etc.
El Distrito Scout.-La comunidad en la cual se encuentra localizado tu grupo scout. De vez en cuando podrás ver señales del trabajo de distrito el comisionado de distrito visita tu tropa o ya bien asistirás a campamentos regionales organizados por e distrito.

La Provincia.- Varios distritos pueden formar una provincia dirigida por un comisionado de provincia, por lo general la jurisdicción de una provincia es la de un estado.

La región.- Esta se forma con varias provincias y esta al mando de un comisionado regional.

La Asociación Scout.- esta formada por varias provincias o regiones, y esta tiene la infraestructura necesaria para poder realizar las actividades Scouts en todos lo niveles anteriores.

- 6 de diciembre B.P. desembarca en el puerto de Bombay y el día siguiente sale por tren a Lucknow, capital del estado de Aoubd, cerca de Nepal, bajo la administración directa del virrey que es lord Lytton; Lucknow es el lugar en el que estaba estacionado su regimiento, el comandante del regimiento es el coronel Miller. Como subteniente se le asigna un sueldo de 120 libras esterlinas anuales.

1879. llega B.P. a Londres. la familia se ha cambiado de casa, a 8 St. Jorge’s Place , hyde park corner.

Escultismo internacional

El movimiento scout mundial y los organismos derivados de él, ninguna forma interfieren la libertada de acciones de sus respectivos miembros, En la actualidad existan dos grandes organismos Scouts a nivel internacional la federación Mundial de Scouts independientes y la Organización Mundial del Movimiento Scout, cada una tiene su propio enfoque de ver el escultismo con rasgos plenamente establecidos los cuales te mostraremos a continuación.


La Federación Mexicana de Scouts Independientes tiene como finalidad la de reunir a todas las asociaciones Scouts de México y Grupos Scouts independientes que no sean miembros de la WOSM y que deseen contar con un escultismo tradicional tal y como nuestro fundador Baden Powell así lo quiso.
El objetivo de la misma es la de proporcionar actividades Scouts entre asociaciones, dar entrenamiento a los dirigentes de las diferentes secciones, inscribir a los miembros en los Jamborees de la WFIS y las actividades de la WFIS-NA.


World Federation of Independents Scouts (WFIS)

Este Organismo se caracteriza por ser abierto a toda asociación que desee ingresar en el, por lo cual no limita el numeró de asociaciones por país ,al mismo tiempo tiene el merito de que todos sus integrantes son voluntarios es decir no reciben remuneración alguna por desempeñar sus funciones.
La FMSI tiene su sede en Inglaterra y se divide en la actualidad se divide en regiones, la europea con sede en Alemania, la interamericana mejor conocida cono Confederación Interamericana Scout independiente (CISI), existe otra región que es la de Asia-Oceanía y actualmente se esta formando la de África.
De esta agrupación puede decirse que esta mas apegada a los, ideales de nuestro fundador.


La Confederación Interamericana Scout Independiente

Esta agrupación forma parte de la WFIS ,Tiene su sede en Chile y se fundo en el año de 1998.
La Confederación Interamericana Scout Independiente (C.I.S.I.) es una organización que reúne a Federaciones, Asociaciones, Grupos y
personas que practican y viven los ideales del Escultismo fundado por Baden-Powell.



Organización Mundial del Movimiento scout (OMMS).

Esta agrupación tiene como característica principal; de solo reconocer una asociación scout por país, tiene su sede en Ginebra Suiza.
La OMMS se encuentra dividida en regiones: la Interamericana , la Europea, la Euroasiática, la Arabe, la Africana y la región Asia Pacifico. su organismo mas importante es la Oficina Scout Mundial cuya función principal es ser la responsable del reconocimiento y registro de las asociaciones Scouts que deseen ingresar en ella así como la organizaciones de sus eventos internacionales.

International Scouting
